Mostly A’s – Based off of your answers, it does not seem like you are even near being in need of a therapist. It sounds like you don’t think you have any issues that are relevant enough for you to take not of or even be concerned about. It doesn’t sound like you have anything that’s affecting your everyday life, which is awesome, good for you! While everyone could benefit from seeing a professional therapist just to talk about their past and currently situation and their perspective on their life, it doesn’t seem like you have a specific thing that you are need help or guidance with. You should feel very blessed and lucky! Not many people get to say that, so congrats!

Mostly B’s – Based off of your answers, it seems as though you could benefit from maybe a session or two just to help guide you with any small issues that you may be having. Because these issues aren’t affecting your everyday life dramatically, I wouldn’t be too concerned on doing this immediately, but I definitely wouldn’t shy away from the idea of it! Therapy sessions are extremely beneficiary for many people, especially those who don’t have a strong opinion on whether they need one or not! While it isn’t crucial that you go see one, and I wouldn’t be too concerned if you don’t, try to not shut down the idea before you try it out for yourself. You never know, you could be pleasantly surprised.

Mostly C’s – Based off of your answers, I do recommend going to see a therapist. It sounds like you do know that you have some issues that are present in your life. While yes, everyone has issues and problems that they feel they can fix on their own, it sounds like yours are affecting your everyday life, which is not what we want. Going and seeing a professional about these issues is going to be extremely beneficiary for your everyday life and your mental well-being. Seeing a professional who can be there to give you guidance, advice and align the dots from your past to show you how you got to the point that you’re at is going to help you see and understand the issue, and how to fix it. I hope you found this quiz helpful, good luck with whatever it is that is going on!

Mostly D’s – Based off of your answers, I 100% recommend that you go and see a therapist. It sounds like you have some issues or behaviors that have been bugging you, and while yes, everyone has things that are bugging them, it sounds like yours are affecting your everyday life. That is definitely NOT something that you or I want. The fact that you have already felt the need to bring this up to your doctor and you think that seeing a therapist is a good idea should only help push you to do that very thing. Yes, going to our friend and family for guidance and listening is great, but it will only benefit you and those relationships if you go and see a professional. You will get professional guidance on these situations and how to cope with them. Good luck with whatever it may be that is troubling you!
